Kathmandu Lhasa Tour via Everest Base Camp

This tour drops you to Lhasa within 7 days, en route we will stop for one night in Everest Base Camp. Beside the Everest Base Camp, the will by pass through the major highlighted places of Tibet, Sakye, Shigatse & Gyantse. Sakye is one of the biggest and most important Monasteries for Sakyapa sect of Buddhism. The Monastery is situated 21 km off the friendship highway. Shigatse is the second largest city of Tibet as well as the seat of Panchen Lama. Gyantse is another attraction of this tour, the city used to be one of the major trading hubs of Tibet. We visit Khumbum stupa, Gyantse Dzong and Palkor Chode Monastery in Gyantse. On the Day 7th, we will drop you to Lhasa after that you are free.

For those who wish to come back by flight after staying in Tibet, the air tickets can be managed in advance from Kathmandu.

Day 01: Kathmandu - Nyalam (3750 m.) tour. Overnight Nyalam Guest House
Day 02: Nyalam - Tingri (4350 m.) tour. Overnight Snow Leopard Guesthouse - acclimatization day
Day 03: Tingri - Everest Base Camp (4920 m.) tour. Overnight Rongbuk Guesthouse
Day 04: Everest Base Camp - Lhatse (3950 m.) tour. Overnight Lhatse Guesthouse
Day 05: Lhatse - Shigatse via Sakya Monastery (3900 m.). Overnight Hotel Everest Friendship
Day 06: Shigatse - Shalu Monastery - Gyantse (3950 m.). Overnight Hotel Jianzang
Day 07: Gyantse - Lhasa tour.......Tour finished!
