The main high-light of this tour are Tsedang and Samye from where the Tibetan civilization was flourished. Tsedang used to be the ancient capital of Tibet from here Tibetan Kings used to rule in their country. We visit Yongbulagong, the first Royal Palace of Tibet and Tombs of Tibetan Kings in Tsedang. Samye is some how 30 km far from Tseadng and it is one of the most important pilgrimages in Tibet. The main attraction of Samye is Mindoling Monastery which is one of the important monasteries of Nyingmapa (Red Hat Sect) sect of Buddhism. The monastery was founded in 1671 by Dieda Linba. The monastery has four main temples and all of them were vandalized in culture revolution, but now one of which houses a fine statue of Sakyamuni has re-built. The monastery is approximately mid-way between Zhanang and Samya ferry.

After Tsedang, we take you to Gyantse (the ancient trading hub of Tibet) and Shigatse, the second largest city of Tibet as well as the seat of Panchen Lama. From Shigatse, we drive to Lhasa where we make a two days sightseeing. In Lhasa, we visit Potala Palace, Norbulinkha Palace (the summer Palace of Dalai Lama), Jokhang temple, Barkhor Square, Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastry and Tibetan Medical center.
